THAWALLS, Navy Pier, Chicago, March 2017

THAWALLS, a multidisciplinary collaborative art party and exhibition, brought together Chicago’s rich landscape of interdisciplinary artists. Links Hall and Threewalls co-produced the exhibition. Installation artists were curated by Threewalls, performing artists through Links Hall, and musicians by Constellation. The exhibition opened with a massive party followed by six In-Session public salons to foster critical conversations around visual and performing arts in Chicago. Honorary chairs included Kerry James Marshall, Cheryl Lynn Bruce and Michelle Boone.

Served as co-chair for opening night kick off art party to support Links Hall and Threewalls.
Led team of five sub-committees (50 volunteers) and supervised Programming and Marketing committees.
Transformed Navy Pier into an indoor street festival with two stages, roaming performance artists, art installations,
in-event fundraising activities and sponsored bars.
