Reframing Ruin: A Prelude to the Bloomingdale, Center for Neighborhood Technology, Chicago, October 2012 - 2013
Reframing Ruin expanded upon the first exhibition celebrating the construction of the Bloomingdale Trail, a rails-to-trails project in Chicago. The exhibition grew to include 45 community members exploring the trail through photography. The second installment incorporated the Young Photographers Project, a pilot photo class with teen girls from the Youth Service Project.
Curated and managed all aspects of exhibition featuring professional and amateur photographers.
Oversaw artist correspondence and contracts, printing and framing, freelance contractors, exhibition program and installation.
Coordinated with Youth Service Project.
Presented by The Trust for Public Land and The Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail.
