New Student Convocation, Columbia College Chicago, Grant Park, Annually 2014 - 2020

New Student Convocation welcomes over 2000 students to Columbia College Chicago's unique and creative community. Annual event features a student expo and a catered party with speakers, DJs, live bands and performance art.

Responsible for overall event management and programming.
Point-of-contact for vendors, contractors and participants.
Collaborate with college-wide partners to represent departments and student organizations within student expo.
Oversee production logistics and manage budget. Supervise event staff.
